Strategies on losing weight:
1. Try running or jogging at about 30 minutes in the park or even reaching certain landmarks near you.
2. If you're still young, you can do a lot of sports. Try table tennis sport, badminton or even basketball to burn those calories and energize your body.
3. Next is try to cut off your diet and sweet foods. Vegetable salad with a little chunk of tuna sandwich in wheat bread is a very healthy way to take. Eat it moderately. Stay away from chocolates or other sweet stuffs that you're tempted to crave.
4. Try lifting some not so heavy objects to tight up your muscles. Then little by little add more weights if you think you can carry it more. Do this gradually so that, you wont hurt yourself in the process.
5. Try dancing, watch hip hop dance or just dance whatever you like. Move your body and butt. These should help you lose weight.
